In the past 17 years, Horacio LeDon has been involved in over $4 Billion in luxury development sales in the New York, Los Angeles, and Miami markets. Currently licensed in all three and recognized nationally, his portfolio includes some of the most prestigious properties in the US:  The Related Companies’ Superior Ink, The Harrison and The Century, all designed by Robert AM Stern as well as starchitect Rem Koolhaas’s Park Grove development and Norman Foster’s Faena House on Miami Beach

As President of Douglas Elliman’s New Development units in California and Florida, he was responsible for growing the business from $500 Million to more than $4 Billion. While overseeing the group,  he brought in Greenland Group’s Metropolis project, the largest mixed use development on the West Coast.

Prior to that, he spent 6 years at The Related Companies, the NY based real estate giant headed by Stephen Ross.

Horacio brings an analytical and informed approach to every deal that is the exception rather than the rule among real estate professionals. 


Mark Rutstein

After 11 successful years as one of the top luxury brokers in Los Angeles where he has achieved over $500 Million dollars in sales, Mark Rutstein has joined forces with longtime friend Horacio LeDon in the newly formed New Development division at Partners Trust. Mark serves as partner in the New Development unit and a Partner in the firm.

Hailing from a world-renowned family of real-estate developers, whose projects have included Atlantis and the exclusive One and Only group of Kerzner hotels Mark has consistently ranked among the top-producing real estate agents in Los Angeles, including being named Variety's "Hollywood's Top Real Estate Agents" for 3 consecutive years.  Mark credits his success to a business built on repeat clients and referrals, by serving his clients with the utmost level of dedication and professionalism.

For more than two decades now, Mark has been proud to call Los Angeles his home and currently resides in Bel Air with his wife, Bryanna and their two dogs.


Adam Phebus

Senior Marketing Associate

Raised in a family of builders, Adam has an acute appreciation for the business of real estate and design. Since the age of 13 Adam has been involved in the industry in one form or another and his knowledge is evident on every deal. The building process as well as the design phase of a development is what distinguishes Adam from the field. “Early on, I recognized how profoundly life changing a well designed home could be, and I’ve been enamored of architecture ever since.”

Involved in over two hundred million dollars of sales transactions, Adam is a highly sought after professional known for his attention to detail and deep knowledge of the contract/escrow process. “I am fortunate to have represented many accomplished people, but the true blessings are what I have learned from each one. In his spare time he is an avid practitioner of Krav Maga, a form of martial art practiced by the Israeli Defense Force.


Vera Raytsina

Marketing Associate

An NYC native, Vera was a Medical Recruiter in her former professional career at CTPartners before deciding to shift her focus to real estate where she is now a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person and Marketing Associate in the Iconic Group at Partners Trust. In addition to her role at Iconic she will be assisting in the Sales Division of the firm’s recently created New Development Group.

While at CTPartners, Vera was instrumental in managing the company’s Biotech and Pharma accounts and overseeing strategy and marketing programs at the firm. Her experience there provided the professional foundation that makes Vera a valuable member of the Iconic team.   

Vera is an avid scuba diver with over 80 logged dives and leads an active lifestyle in Brentwood with her pooch Burma.
