As President of Douglas Elliman’s New Development units in California and Florida, he was responsible for growing the business from $500 Million to more than $4 Billion. While overseeing the group, he brought in Greenland Group’s Metropolis project, the largest mixed use development on the West Coast.
Prior to that, he spent 6 years at The Related Companies, the NY based real estate giant headed by Stephen Ross.

Mark serves as partner in the New Development unit and a Partner in the firm.

Raised in a family of builders, Adam has an acute appreciation for the business of real estate and design. Since the age of 13 Adam has been involved in the industry in one form or another and his knowledge is evident on every deal. An NYC native, Vera was a Medical Recruiter in her former professional career at CTPartners before deciding to shift her focus to real estate where she is now a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person and Marketing Associate in the Iconic Group at Partners Trust. In addition to her role at Iconic she will be assisting in the Sales Division of the firm’s recently created New Development Group.
While at CTPartners, Vera was instrumental in managing the company’s Biotech and Pharma accounts and overseeing strategy and marketing programs at the firm. Her experience there provided the professional foundation that makes Vera a valuable member of the Iconic team.
Vera is an avid scuba diver with over 80 logged dives and leads an active lifestyle in Brentwood with her pooch Burma.
